Hello ;) I started out using suite apple pie's granola recipe (http://suiteapplepie.blogspot.com/2008/05/my-granola-recipe-version-508.html) and altered it a bit. I do 2 cups oats, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup mixed nuts or seeds, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1-2 tablespoons ground flax then sometimes I add in cinnamon or vanilla or pumpkin pie spice. Key is to mix the vegetable oil with the honey then add all the dry ingredients- mix VERY well. Bake at 250 for 1 hour.
